An Eventful Thanksgiving Weekend

Our little Aubrey finally turned 3 years old the day before Thanksgiving so we started off our holiday weekend with celebrating all day. First we went to McDonald's for breakfast and then to an indoor kid play place that the kids love. For lunch we went to Chic-fil-a. Aubrey is allergic to Chic-fil-a so we always have to smuggle in some chicken nuggets from McDonald's, but they love going to Chic-fil-a so they can play in the indoor play area. We then went home to celebrate dinner/cake and presents with Charlie's mom, dad and brother. Aubrey remembered her sisters barbie cake and insisted that she have a barbie cake as well so once again grandma did a great job making the cake.

The next day was Thanksgiving and I forgot my camera but we had a wonderful time spending thanksgiving at Charlie's Uncles house with his extended family. Good food and good conversation. We then spent the next 2 days getting ready for Christmas while Charlie had the time off from work and so we could celebrate Christmas for as long as possible.

On Sunday we had Brynley blessed followed by a family luncheon.

We couldn't help but count our many blessings this Thanksgiving.

Very Very cute. Look at your now not so little family growing larger and older. I can't wait until we can all finally meet and the kids get to play, and I get to play with the kids. I hope that barbie cake was yummy? that was a cake wasn't it?

Oh Blast Steve beat me to the punch again. It looks like it was a big week for you guys. I can't believe little Aubrey is now 3 years old. I remember coming to visit and she was not even 1 yet. Little Emma is 2 months away from how old Aubrey was the first time I met her. Time is flying. What a cute cake!
